Reservations
Your confirmation is required in order to book your stay at Mystica. To confirm your reservation we need to receive a personally signed Credit Card Payment Authorization Form which will be sent to you after submitting your request on this page.
Reservations Policies
The first night of your stay at Mystica must be guaranteed 100%. In case of cancellation, the payment for the first night is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellations received within 19-8 days before the arrival are subject to 50% charge of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations received with in 0-7 days before the arrival are subject to 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation.
Christmas Week, End of the Year, and Easter Week reservations will not be refunded once confirmed.
• All reservations for Christmas Week and End of the Year/Beginning of New Year (December 17th, 2016 until January 8th, 2017 inclusive) as well as Easter Week (April 8th to 17th, 2017 inclusive) must be guaranteed 100% and are only accepted with a minimum of 2 nights. No refunds are offered for cancellations of reservations made during those dates.

Children
